I have the Emerald Giant CS and really enjoy it but have to say I'm a bit let down by this line given how excited I was for it Emerald Giant Cask Strength (4 Years, 116.4 Proof) Nose: The mash bill for the distillate is an interesting 94% rye, 5% malted barley, and 1% wheat, bottled at a cask strength of 116.4.
